This is the best live music venue in DE. There is an upstairs venue for smaller acts and downstairs for large, popular acts. Their food is pretty good too! Get your tickets in advance!

Great live shows, full bar and delicious food! Originally built as a hotel in the 1800's , later served as a movie theatre from 1916 - 1959. After sitting dormant for 50 years it received a $25m make over, reopened in 2011, and is now managed by Live Nation.
