Definitely go here if you're looking for local lobster/seafood at an affordable price. They'll even cook the lobster for free for you. It's about a 3 minute walk from the home so it's easy to order in and pickup. More of a summer place so it might not be open in early Spring or late Fall.

For seafood to take home, visit Beach Seafood and Farmstand for fresh lobster. The cottage has a lobster pot and utensils to enjoy a home cooked seafood feast!

Great place to buy live shellfish or they can cook it there for you to take home. Good local produce as well.
