You will find Penang's signature dish Penang Laksa (sometimes called Asam Laksa) almost everywhere on the streets of George Town. If you're looking to try it in a restaurant environment, come here. Due to being prepared in a proper kitchen it is not only more hygienic but also probably the best Laksa in town (don't tell the locals I said that).
