Voted best BBQ in the state of Texas by Texas Monthly. They are only open on Saturday and you will need to come early because once they run out that’s it.

Always one of the top three Barbecue places in Texas in the Texas Monthly survey for years. Only open from 8 AM to Noon on Saturday and often sells out before Noon. I recommend getting there before opening time to avoid a wait of more than an hour and take a lawn chair. Absolutely the best brisket I have ever had, you can cut it with fork! Get the chicken and eat it for breakfast while it is hot.

Featured on Chef's Table: BBQ on Netflix, and named best BBQ in Texas by Texas Monthly in 2008, Snow's BBQ is worth the day trip! You'll want to catch their infamous, 86-year-old pitmaster, Tootsie, working the pits. Only open on Saturday morning, starting at 8AM. You'll want to get there early to get in line before they sell out (generally before noon).
