Downtown state park located on the Downtown Indianapolis Canal. Walk the canal or fly a kite. Check out the cool sculpture are scattered about. This is very close to the Indianapolis Zoo, Indiana State Museum, and Eiteljorg Museum (Museum of American Indians and Western Art). In the summer, they have a concert series with great bands.

This is a great walking place and pedal bike destination and there are restaurants and music all around if you go at a good time of day.
