Burlington has a large Vietnamese population, many having arrived during the refugee waive of the 70s/80s. This means lots of Vietnamese restaurants! Pho Hong is the busiest but probably the best/most consistent.

Best place to get Pho! Incredible Vietnamese food loved by locals. It's also BYOB. Very affordable with large portions. Expect a wait around dinner time.
