Meridy's is the best place in town to have a steak at a very reasonable rate.

Meridy's has a delicious buffet with some of the best fried chicken in the area. They also serve mouth-watering steaks. My favorite is the breakfast steak.

Without a doubt the best steak. Not just in Hays or Kansas. Best Steak anywhere. Russell is about 20 miles East of Hays on interstate 70. Well worth the drive. Go hungry. Leave Happy.
