It's literally right outside my front door, but it also has good coffee and panini-style breakfast and lunch sandwiches.

A cute and edgy coffee shop. Just 5 minutes away on foot, though you'll have to cross busy Main Street to get there. They serve great coffee drinks, breakfast and lunch paninis and some other food. And I think they have occasional live music.
