Solid ribs and brisket at the base of Buttermilk Mountain. Go early or they may run out of your favorites.

Located at base of Buttermilk in the Hotel Aspen. Great BBQ, fun bar with tvs. Also a fun spot to go for dinner (easy to get there by bus).
