Holy Smokes is a classic little small bar and restaurant! Serving up american style ribs and larger style meat pieces if you are hankering. Great selection of tap beers, international spirits and a wholesome cocktail list. The fact that it is hidden away off the main street by no means detracts from its appeal. Holy Smokes has a vibe of its own and manages quite well off the busy streetscape. The dirty fries are exactly what they sound like, are delicious and highly recommended :)

This hidden food mecca for those who love orginal Smokey BBQ flavours from the USA.Sitting on mix and match chairs while watching Freo side street people and tourist stroll by . One of the most amazing selection of bourbons you could ever see outside of Kentucky and Tennessee. The brother and sister team run a professional bar & restaurant. There knowledge of food and bourbons is amazing. And don't forget the great unusual selection of beers . Gotta see them to believe the names of some beers. This place is pet friendly & have live music Thursdays. Tucked of the main drag but worth every cent .
