Cape Cod has beautiful beaches, lots of small quaint towns, shopping, dining, antiquing, and great New England towns
It's huge and definitely not a day trip but well worth the effort. If you make it all the way to Provincetown, you'll be rewarded with excellent food, music, art and a summertime beach scene. Off season is nice too with fewer shops open.
We have some old friends on the Cape, so we sometimes head over for the day or evening to hang out and catch up. The Cape is always great for a day trip, but don't try to drive over on a Friday afternoon/evening or Saturday morning. There's too much traffic heading over from the greater Boston area…
There is so much to see in Cape Cod! Pick a quaint town and go shopping, have lunch, hit some famous Cape Cod beaches, map out and find all the lighthouses on the Cape, take a ferry over to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket Island for a wonderful day trip of exploring, drive up to PTown for whale…
