It is the terminal where a limousine arriving from limousine and Narita Airport to Narita Airport comes to. When a course from Narita Airport is hard to find, I recommend this use.

This is one to the airport. There is no hesitation. You can move safely. Narita Airport: About 85 min 3600 yen (round trip 6000 yen) Haneda airport: About 40 min 580 yen (round trip 980 yen)

You can get on the Airport Limousine bus from both NARITA & HANEDA airport to YCAT. Once you get out of the bus in YCAT (near Yokohama Station in SkyBuilding) you can just walk to Sotetsu Line Yokohama Station and take a train to Hoshikawa Station (4stops away) TIPS : Check on the bus schedule online or you can purchase the ticket at the counter in Narita/Haneda airport. Instead of OneWay, buying a Return ticket might saves you some yen. Be sure to check which terminal you are heading to (when heading back to the airport) so that you won't miss the stop.
