Pho may be best known as rice noodles served in soup, but you can also enjoy it in the form of pho xao, which is stir-fried with onions, beef slices, and assorted greens. Very delicious!!!!

One of the best stir fried beef noodle in the oldtown Open from 6:30PM till late You can either choose stir fried noodle or a less fatty option is beef noodle in hot broth, don't forget to have an ice tea to cool you down after that!
