310 SW Industrial Way, the Old Mill District: Hip coffee shop with an attached motorcycle repair store. But best of all, this is the location for the early Sunday morning Cars & Coffee. If you are into cars, you'll be there.

A lovely collection of food carts. Great drinks and lots of outdoor dining. They often have live music in the evenings as well. Worth a visit!

Spoken Moto- Our personal favorite coffee spot! Breakfast food trucks outside (Scoutpost has great breakfast), occasional live music, fire pits. It is also an onsite motorcycle repair shop.
