My Macedon lookout is a wonderful walk through Bush and exotic flowers set up as a memorial. More than that you get 180 degree views To Melbourne and Hepburn Shire. There’s picnic and bbq facilities and a cafe for drinks and light meals. The cafe has walking track maps inside the main door. This trail map is a valuable guide for all trails short or long walks and hikes around the mount. You can spend 1/2 hr to 3 hours here. Enjoy.

The small township of Mount Macedon lies part way up the mountain of the same name, located between the town of Macedon at the base and the actual mountain peak which soars to a height of just over 1,000 metres above sea level.
