57 miles of the AT are accessible from US 64, US 76, and GA 75; each access point is within a half hour of TNT. There are intermediate access points. We'll provide maps and websites if you want to explore the AT.
The historic and iconic trail crosses GA 76 just 1.5 mile from the cabin. You can park at Dicks Creek Gap and hike a few minutes or a few miles up and down this challenging trail.
