This bulding in the hearth of center is city hall. After walking around Rynok , you should climb the city tower to see amazing view of the city. Entrance to the tower is inside in city hall.

This is great view place - you can see all center from high point. Best panoramic place in Lviv on my opinion.

You can climb the stairs to the top of the tower and get a bird's eye view of the entire city--definately worth the climb!
