If you plan on going to Block Island on a weekend, get there early because of traffic and to obtain a good parking space. There always seems to be enough parking, but if you get there late you might have to walk quite a ways to the terminal.

Catch the ferry in the Port of Galilee, Narragansett for Block Island. A beautiful island you won't forget. Bring your swimsuit.

Take a trip on the block Island Ferry and spend the day, best to make a reservation, especially if you want to take your car-- but you don't really need, can go on bikes
