Note: The above photo is an Airbnb stock photo. It is not of Watersview Restaurant. There are actually three restaurants you can get to by water. The guesthouse is on the main lake between mile marker 1 and 2. There are mile marker buoys generally in the center of the lake as you make your way down the lake. There aren't mile markers when you go down a finger of the lake--only the main lake. Watersview Restaurant: It is located about mile marker 9-10 on the lake. You go under Eaton Ferry Bridge and it is immediately on your right. You can dock in the slips straight ahead, but not off to the right. You can wear whatever you want; dressy or a bathing suit with a cover up. The Pointe Restaurant: It is located about mile marker 9-10 on the lake. You go under Eaton Ferry Bridge and it is immediately on your left. You will see a bunch of townhomes straight ahead and it is to the left right at a marina. If there aren't any slips available, just wait a few minutes and one will generally open up. Dress is casual. The Shady Shack/Flip Flop Bar Restaurant and Marina. At mile marker 14, you take a right and follow the creek for a couple of miles or so and you will see a bridge. Go under that and it is immediately to your right. It is a little difficult to find. There are a couple of homemade signs along the way and you can ask any boater you come across, or people on their dock where it is. Dress is casual. My thoughts on the restaurants: Watersview is a bit more "upscale" than the other two. The Pointe has more a beachy vibe with a vibrant color theme and a more casual clientele. The Shady Shack/Flip Flop is like The Pointe on steroids. : ) We just got a 5-star restaurant in Littleton called the Blue Jay Bistro. It is not on the water and is about a 30-minute drive. We got there when we want a fine meal. All the restaurants' menus are on line. Blue Jay's changes daily. There is a map on the pantry door and the door on the boathouse shed with the guesthouse and restaurants marked on them that you will find helpful.
