Omana is great place for short farm walking track with farm views. There are picnic benches spaced around the park, close to the beach and at the farm view point. Pet-friendly in most parts, some farm areas require dogs to be on a lead. Omana sits in the middle of the gorgeous coastal scenic track from Maraetai to Beachlands.

This place is around 20 minutes drive from home, and the whole drive there is just beautiful, I love to bring my siblings there in the weekends. There is a brilliant beach, hiking/biking trails with sheep to see, really nice playgrounds. You could see the iconic Rangitoto island and Sky Tower from here.
