Lake Houston Wilderness Park is a beautiful, lushly forested expanse of nearly 5,000 acres. Most of the park is heavily forested with over 20 miles of trails. The park offers a variety of outdoor experiences for people of all ages including camping, hiking, trail running, swimming spots, mountain biking, canoeing, kayaking, birding, and fishing. Quaint little park not far from the guest house. Perfect for camping, fishing and nature walks.

This park offers over 4000 acres of untouched wilderness, perfect for hiking and biking. There are even equestrian trails if you’re fortunate enough to own a horse! If you visit for the day, be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring a lunch as there is no end to the amazing sights you’ll experience at the Lake Houston Wilderness Park.
