Located behind one of the liveliest squares in El Raval, this very dynamic space holds a multidisciplinary program that brings together all sides of contemporary culture, from visual arts to literature, philosophy, film, music, and so on. And entrance is free on Sundays until 3 pm. The CCCB is in the old but renovated Casa de la Caritat. The remodelled premises are the work of the architects Helio Piñón and Albert Viaplana. From its rooftop, you can get a full view of the city’s old town, all the way down to the sea.
