It is thanks to his approach and expertise in making gelato that he is quickly becoming one of the masters of the craft in Italy. We recommend his "Fichi e Cioccolato" (Dried Figs and Chocolate), "Noci e Mandarino" (Walnuts and Tangerine), "Pistacchio e Ricotta" (Pistachios with Buffalo ricotta) among the many more he will have available during the summer season.
