Extremely diverse trail that looks out of this world! Enjoy sunrise and head down the crater for as little or as long as you like. Just remember - heading back up is challenging due to the altitude and takes twice as long as walking down, so pick a path suited to your level! Pro tip: Dress very warm for sunrise and in layers if you continue on hiking.

If you go up early in the morning, you can watch the sunrise. It's absolutely beautiful. Take warm clothes as it is really cold up there. There are also several tour companies that offer bike rides down the mountain.

This is an incredible spot to watch the sunrise from. Be sure to pack some warm clothes as it is much much colder up here than it is down at sea level. On your drive up be on the lookout for bikers going up and down the road as it is also a popular biking destination. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to make sure you don't miss the breathtaking colors of a Maui sunrise.
