The best way to visit the Isla Mujeres National Marine Park is to go on a snorkel or scuba diving tour with Mexico Divers. The marine park is located off the south west tip of Isla Mujeres and dive and snorkel sites include the beautiful Manchones reef system and the worlds largest underwater museum (MUSA).
