From Lyngby train station go to the central station (near Tivoli) or Nørreport station (near Strøget). The trip takes only 15 to 20 minutes.

Train station. If you're in Lyngby and you want to go south towards Copenhagen take any one of the S-trains (S-tog) from this station. You can also head north to the town of Hillerød, or even further to the pleasant fishing village og Gilleleje located on the northern coast.
