A nice non-smoking place to have a drink with friends or with your sweetheart. If you like craft beer, there is a restaurant in the middle of the 7th floor that offers a nice selection of draft beer. I don't recommend the sangria there, though, not very good. Red wine is ok, and food is also great, though a bit pricey. Flowers common is another restaurant on 7th floor that is worth going. Good drinks and good food too.

Shibuya Hikarie is a new high rise complex with cultural space just east of Shibuya Station. Besides a theater and exhibition floors, it offers office space on its upper floors and shopping and dining on its lower floors.
