Nagai Park has facilities for enjoying sports and the outdoors, including Nagai Stadium, the well-known venue for the Osaka International Ladies Marathon held every winter, and the 2002 FIFA World Cup preliminary games.
It has a botanical garden in the center of the park that charges a modest admission fee. It is definitely worth it and has amazing cherry trees to view during the Spring months and plenty of flowers that bloom the rest of the year!
Nice place to walk, run, or simply to seat and read a book while the time goes by... there are toilets and the Nagai Soccer Stadium inside the park.
