Tucked into a city laneway is this gorgeous little Korean restaurant with an unusually nice wine list. You can cook your own food out the back, but I recommend sitting in the front section where chefs will cook everything for you on a long charcoal grill, infusing the food with a beautiful smokiness. The kimchi is also delicious—they do several kinds here. Their spring onion salad is the only one I’ve found like it in Australia: It’s served with white pepper and sesame seeds and it’s just delicious. They also do the best raw beef here—I love that dish—and their barbecue pork spare rib is to die for. You can tell they use good-quality pork.
