Park along road if available and avoid parking fees in lot. Amazing sunsets - just end of road driving down La Costa - turn right. Will have to circle around. Romantic.

Ponto beach stretches all the way from Poinsettia late all the way to La Costa Ave. You can park by the roadside if you are early . I have picnic blankets, towels and beach chairs that you can use , it is such an incredible way to enjoy this little known beach.

Typically a rockier beach, with a good wave and nice walk when low tide. Has quite a few beach volleyball courts.
