1566 meters over sea level home of Monte Cucco Regional Park, easy to reach, 120 km of marked trails, plenty of scenic walks, and nice restaurant in Val di Ranco. Famous throughout Europe for spectacular hang gliding conditions, it is possible to book a hang gliding experience for beginners. The eastern side of the park is punctuated by spectacular rocky gorges and woods, like the Valle delle Prigioni and the Gola del Rio Freddo. Inside the mountain there are kilometres of underground caverns of incomparable beauty, a paradise for spelunkers and speleologists. It is possible to book canyoning experiences. In the are there are There are 4 Benedictine and Camaldolian abbeys which can be visited as part of the Holy Spirit trail: The Sant’Emiliano Abbey in Congiuntoli The Saint Jerome Hermitage in Pascelupo The Sitria Abbey at Isola Fossara The Fonte Avellana Hermitage (see separate entry).

Meravigliosi boschi prati e panorami. Ci sono grotte da visitare e forre da risalire. In estate ci sono le gare internazionali di deltaplano.
