The Lycian way is a 509 km way-marked footpath around the coast of Lycia in southern Turkey, from Fethiye to Antalya. According to the Sunday Times the Lycian Way is one of the ten most beautiful long distance hikes of the world. Part of the route skirts Kalkan and during the winter when it is not so hot there are walking groups from Kalkan who venture to different parts of the Lycian Way. Good walking boots etc are required.

This is a great walk/trek through the mountains and along the cliff top looking over the views of the coast line. You can pick up the trail in Ovacik.
