Ridgeview – Ditchling Ridgeview Fitzrovia Rose is by far my favourite Summer wine! The Vineyard hosts wine tasting, Vineyard tours and has a gorgeous wine terrace with light menu to enjoy the Summer sun. Booking is a must. www.ridgeview.co.uk

Located just a little further than Ditchling is Ridgeview Vineyard, they make absolutely delicious sparkling wine. They offer a lovely wine tasting and tour, it is advised you book, but they will do their best to accommodate walk ins too.

Ridgeview has been at the forefront of the recent evolution of English sparkling wine production. A second-generation family company situated in the South Downs National Park producing world class sparkling wines. The wines are exported around the world and served at many prestigious occasions. VISIT Our cellar door with glorious views over the South Downs is open daily from 11am – 4pm. Visitors are welcome to drop-in for tastings and sales of our award-winning sparkling wines. Visit one of Sussex's Sparkling Wine Farms Sussex and its surrounding counties are dominated by limestone chalk soils, resulting in the regions ability to produce high-quality grapes for sparkling wine (similarly found in the famous area of Champagne, France).
