Wonderful park that's got good trails, picnic areas, scenery. If want to be arounds kids/dogs, stay near the middle (by the big hill!), or for peace and quiet, take a trail to a more secluded spot. Lots of parking available!

Can listen to the water without having to drive to Galveston. They also have bird, ducks and geese that visit throughout various times of the year. It's very serene and peaceful; but it's also a great place for a picnic!!
