Botanas is the best Mexican Restaurant our family has found in the entire United States. Their attention to detail is amazing! Botanas cares about their customers and offer gluten-friendly, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. The are proud to be a family-owned and operated restaurant. The recipes and dishes they offer are a representation of Central Mexico's identity and authenticity. They prepare everything fresh to order using only the highest quality ingredients, and practice sustainability any chance they get. It is exciting to see that they partner with the local farmers to get the best products from the area such as OUR OWEN bees' HONEY, farm-raised chicken and pork as well as grass-fed beef and locally-grown vegetables. They also have select quality ingredients from Mexico to bring you an authentic experience. For upscale (but moderately priced) Mexican semi-haute-cuisine (like what you might get at a decent restaurant in Mexico City), Botanas Premier Mexican is fantastic, especially if you order some of their more authentic dishes.

Their chips and salsa are my favorite and the rest of the menu is fantastic. I get their Tropical Pollo every time. Their coconut rice is to die for.
