Spelunk Timpanogos Cave. A national monument, Timpanogos Cave has ranger-led tours that take place after a steep 1.5 mile hike and often sell out, so book early. The climb is worth it; the wondrous Timp Cave, an ancient cavern with stunning crystals called "frostwork" and the requisite stalactites…

A 20 minute drive from the Tiny House. A beautiful national monument! A pretty steep hike is required to get to the cave but its well worth it. the cave and visitor center is only open seasonally.

Are you the adventurous type? Then you’ll love this famous and highest Utah mountain hike. The views are breathtaking! You’ll need a full day to hike it and will see the best views in the Salt Lake valley.

Timpanogos Cave is a 15 min drive and an extremely fun place to visit - we usually go once a year. The cave is located at the end of a 1.5 mile paved trail and has plenty of unique formations inside.

Not far and really cool. This includes a hike up the side of a mountain on a twisting paved path (not for the elderly or anybody pushing a stroller). Watch your head. This is a good half day activity when staying in Park City.

Take a tour in open season. This is the best cave ever. And the mountain is right outside your door. Entrance just a few miles away up the American Fork Canyon.

“Amazing road with world class views. You have to pay for access to the road but it's worth it. The road loops around the back of Mount Timpanogos and the full loop is only open in the summer but it's open part way in the winter, or you can access tiblefork reservoir that is great for sledding, snowshoeing, or hiking in summer or winter. ”
