Great place to relax and enjoy some nice views. The full experience is attending in the winter! Although you may not get the views the warm water will be ultra cozy with the cold air surrounding you!
Relax in the hot springs on cold days/nights. Nightly hair freeze contests + occasionally movie showings in the pool. Also a great spot for Aurora sightings!
Takhini Hot Pools is one of the most visited locations in the Yukon. The hot springs have been in operation for over 100 years. Our hot springs pools are a relaxing 36° and 42° Celsius, with water entering the pool at 47 degrees. The water is natural and rich in minerals . We are open year around…

“The Yukon Transportation Museum brings transportation history to life. A giant Cold War Land Train? Was container shipping invented by the White Pass & Yukon Route? How do you make snowshoes? Where were the routes to the fabled Klondike gold creeks and who went? Follow the stories of the early bush pilots as they struggled to make community access easier. Hear the stories of the people that live along the Alaska Highway – the Gravel Magnet. At the Yukon Transportation Museum you will see, read, and hear about the rich history of the north through lively stories and the interesting, detailed and surprising size of displays.”
