At a short distance from Neos kosmos , this vivid neighbourhood offers multiple choices of entertainment. Here, you will admire Aghia Fotini church bell tower (from Smyrna in Minor Asia). Nea Smyrni's alsos is ideal for jogging and walking. During summer there are two open air cinemas. Accessible by tram line.

The "Estia of Nea Smyrni" is a cultural institution based in Nea Smyrni founded in 1930 with the aim of preserving the historical memory of the Greek refugees from Smyrni (Izmir) and Asia Minor in general. It is a non-profit association.
