I try not to go north of I90 because of the summer traffic but for this grocery store I do. Freddy's just remodeled this store and it is terrific. They have a great selection of organic & natural foods along with everything else. If you can't find it here - they don't make it.

Closest to the Cottage & a pretty amazing array of options for any need. Use the East entrance which opens to fruits & veggies then go straight to the back to find natural foods (and the flower section is pretty good, too). Ask the staff for dairy free cheese section, protein alternatives and gluten free options. This is a big box store that does a really good job providing for the various special dietary needs. They also have clothing, batteries, camping supplies & wood bundles. A friend of mine often says, "If you can't find it at Fred's, you probably don't need it."

Fred Meyer is a great one-stop-shop place to pickup anything that you need. Affiliated with Kroger.
