야경을 즐기기 위한 최적의 장소 편의 시설들의 밀집 유람선 운행 다양한 상업시설이 입점해 있는 하버랜드! 일종의 쇼핑몰로 여러 쇼핑센터가 내부에 위치해 논스탑으로 쇼핑을 즐길 수 있다. 각종 레스토랑은 물론 영화관, 호텔, 유람선까지 즐길 거리가 풍부하며 특히 고베 포트타워와 고베 해양 박물관이 있어 야경감상 명소로는 으뜸. 유명 쇼핑센터인 MOSAIC 도 있어, 고베 전체를 둘러보지 못하더라도 하버랜드 안에서 웬만한 모든 것을 다 해볼 수 있다. 2013년 중반부터는 하버랜드 우미에Habourland Umie 라는 이름으로 탈바꿈하였다. 하지만 여전히 하버랜드라는 명칭으로 불리는 중이다.
