A hidden gem. Holbert's Oysters at Salamander Bay sells direct from their water front property, BYO your wine and enjoy the sensational views in the sunshine with delicious local oysters and prawns

Quaint spot, right in the thick of the local oyster farms (you can see them from the shop) with farm to table style service. Grab a bag or two (shucked or unshucked) and sit there or take home and enjoy - can’t get fresher.

If you love Oysters, there are plenty of farms nearby. Holberts is probably the closest. You can buy a doz fresh oysters, or a bucket of prawns, and enjoy a picnic overlooking the water.
