I've lived many places in North America and Calgary has a unique way of doing some dishes such as Shiu Mai. The dumplings in Calgary are plump and fresh and often topped with extra things like roe and fresh shrimp. While Dragon is my favourite for meat and seafood, Central Grand has the traditional push carts and has a larger variety and is more speedy. They have amazing egg tarts, especially if you can get them recently out of the oven. They are also easier on the wallet. ”
