2 courses, "Links" & "Forest", 20 min from house Glen's view: I would recommend Emporda Forest course, it's close, the holes are varied and interesting and the course is well maintained. The pine trees make for a picturesque setting, offer shade in hot weather but require some controlled directional hitting at times. The clubhouse has been recently refurbished, has a nice atmosphere and a restaurant/cafe overlooking the course which is good for coffee & croisants before golf and drinks or lunch after. I have not played the links course, which has no trees, but quite a bit of water to deal with I believe.
