A typical Irish pub, The Snug is a favourite spot for Sunday lunch or “simply when it’s mashed potato weather”. There’s nothing trendy about it, it’s a truly typical, cosy Irish pub clad in dark wood – welcoming, cosy and perfect.

This is a pub that has been doing great food for as long as I remember. It has a great reputation for high quality food. Mixture of seafood and meat dishes. Good variety. They do a super breakfast too.

Although Bantry is small and the cinema is also small, it has a number of screens with a variety of films being shown throughout the year including an Art House Night on Tuesday Nights in the off-season
