Lone Pine koala sanctuary- where you get to see Australian animals and can even hold a koala!
Haven't heard a bad thing about this place. Totally worth taking a picnic basket and spending the day there
Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary is an 18 Hectare Koala Sanctuary in the Brisbane Suburb of Fig Tree Pocket in Queensland. It is the world's largest koala sanctuary!
Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary is very close to us so it is ideal for International visitors to see many of the wild Australian animals. They have koalas, kangaroos, emus and others. It is on the edge of the Brisbane River in Fig Tree Pocket and makes a lovely day out.
Great day out, especially if you enjoy meeting some new furry friends and some of Australia’s native animals. Pack some water and your own food if you are not a big fan of deep fried fish&chips or sandwiches~
