You can't leave Memphis without good BBQ. The Germantown Commissary is our favorite. Everything there is good. It can get crowded, so go during off times if you don't have time to wait.

A bit of a trek from downtown but well worth it. Try the ribs and their signature banana pudding!

If you are willing to drive about 25 minutes, this place is a must. The best pulled pork in town in my opinion.
