Beautiful views, go to the fourth floor river terrace. One of my favorite restaurants, Tsunami (sushi), located on the rooftop.

Arts, museum filled with louisiana history, places to eat on the rooftop and nextdoor. A lot of artistic events take place here so definitely checkout their event page. Tsunami Sushi is located on the roof.
