Centrally located, you can get almost anywhere you need to be from the Fairgrounds to the University within 10 minutes, or experience our downtown - walking distance or an inexpensive Lyft. Washer and dryer onsite, driveway parking, and a Smart TV offering Netflix, Amazon, and HBOgo. Two Full bathrooms, an open floor plan, and a stocked kitchen make this a perfect location for families or friend gatherings.

Entire modem Apt, 2 separate sleeping places. Parking for one vehicle included. Conveniently located in the safe & quiet Solvay district of Syracuse. Grocery store + several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The apt is close to the State fairgrounds, Lake Onondaga, and Tipp Hill. The location is central and a short drive / bus / Uber to Destiny mall shopping, Syracuse University, NY Thruway, etc. Not for kids, parties, or anything disturbing full time tenants in the building
