Usually I don't recommend any restaurants which are located in the old city of Düsseldorf. Mostly the food isn´t that good, so mainly unsuspecting tourists having their lunch or dinner there. But PALITO belongs to those who know how to make it better… They having a good South American cuisine and an amazing atmosphere. Whenever I go there for dinner with friends we really feel like we`re at Cuba… They also having latin live music during the weekends.

Very good restaurant with french cuisine. It's that good that it´s mostly pretty much overcrowded and you might even have to wait for a table, as they don't accept any reservations.

You´ll get a tasty "petit dejeuner" at Café de Paris. I can especially recommend their "Croque Monsieur`s".

Perfect place to hang out during summer time. The Bar belongs to the Hyatt Hotel, located in the beautiful media harbour with a wonderful view.

DADO is a lovely and really relaxing bar which belongs to the Innside Hotel at Seestern. It´s just a few min. walking distance far from the apartment. One of my favorite barkeeper is working over there. He is very attentive and charming and will do great drinks for you. If you like "Aperol Spritz" during summer time, than you should try out his "Rosato Mio"
