Particularly good for being able to fill a few hours - plan a return journey with a walk, shopping and meal in the middle. Suggestion park at the Wells terminus, take a 25-30 minute journey then a walk around Walsingham with meal in cafe, pub or fish and chip shop. Arrive back at Walsingham terminus in time for a return trip to Wells. Lovely countryside.

Particularly good for being able to fill a few hours - plan a return journey with a walk, shopping and meal in the middle. Suggestion park at the Wells terminus, take a 25-30 minute journey then a walk around Walsingham with meal in cafe, pub or fish and chip shop. Arrive back at Walsingham terminus in time for a return trip to Wells. Lovely countryside.

Walk to the beach from here. The final scene in 'Shakespeare in Love'. Vast sandy beach, sand dunes with pine forests. One of the best beaches anywhere. Walk just a little and find peace and quiet. Off season you will often be alone.
Good access to hides for spotting birds. Watch out for geese whiffling as they come in to the marshes. Adnams wine and kitchen shop and The Victoria Inn are just by the drive and worth a visit.
